RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

If you are not in love with your Rachel Richardson Jewelry purchase, I am happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit.

This policy applies to purchases within 10 days of receipt, and jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition. 

Store credits do not expire, although please note, shipping will also be deducted from store credit. 

Custom orders, resized rings are not available for return or exchange. 

We are not liable for items lost in the mail.
